ONLINE SHOPPING

Before you place an order you should read the following: Order Process, Shipping & Delivery and Returns Procedure.
These pages form part of these terms and conditions, & contain important information about your order.

By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the Billing details for your order are the same as your Delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.

    An Order confirmation email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order once it has passed through our security checks

Tracking your order status
If your order has shipped via a shipping company using package tracking technology such as EMS or registred post you can use your tracking number to check the current location of your package. Please contact info.lunadesign@gmail.com directly for your tracking number.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order please contact Luna Design Customer Services by:
Returning your order confirmation email to us stating your intention to cancel the order.

It may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavour to process orders immediately. Please return the order following the instructions contained within the email. Further details of our Returns Policy are detailed in Returns Procedure

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Luna Design
place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the instructions.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions

We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor’s display and color capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual color.

PRICING & CURRENCY EXCHANGE POLICY
All prices shown on our website are based in Euros.
All credit card invoices will be billed by default in Euro.

All charges are converted against the daily XE – Universal Currency Converter
Charges will appear on your credit card bill or bank statement under the name
Luna Design
Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

Tax Free
There is no sales tax or export tax on any order placed with Luna Design.

Custom Charges
Please note that in some countries custom charges may apply. These charges are determined and collected by customs authorities in the country of delivery and are outside the control of Luna Design please contact your Customs offices for more details

  • SHIPPING AND DELIVERY FOR MAILORDERS

All clothing merchandise is shipped from Israel to your door.
We use registred post or EMS courier (Post Office Express Mail service) as our standard shipping agents.

Standard shipping & handling charges depends on weight and destination

For wholesalers

All Wholesale orders are made and shipped from Indonesia
There are a few options, depending on the size of your order and how fast you need it.
TNT courier service: 5-10 working days
Air Cargo Min 45 kg: 5-10 working days
Sea cargo min. 1-2 cmb: 4-8 weeks
Shipment price depends on size of the order, location of delivery and the kind of shipment you choose, you can contact us for information.
We take care of packing, sending and documents for export and import
The prices on the wholesale pricelist do not include shipping.
We will give you a shipping quote when we process your order.
Free shipping is not available for wholesale orders.

Delivery Times
Delivery time with registred post is about 7-15 days EMS and TNT are usually 5-10 working days.
Please Note: Allow a possible 28 days for delivery.

Import Duty
We cannot be held responsible for any import taxes and duties levied by your local customs authority.
We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.

Guarantee
IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, SIMPLY RETURN IT TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY IN ITS ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE PRODUCT PRICE.

Our success depends on your satisfaction. While we are constantly striving to provide our customers with the information they need to make online purchases, we understand there is no substitute for “touching and feeling”. We want you to have peace of mind in knowing that you can always return your purchase for a full refund of the product price if, after holding it in your hands or trying it on, you are not completely satisfied. Our policy is simple:

Need to return or change an item ?

Contact us by email indicating your order number, the problem & whether you would like a refund or exchange.
We will contact you to confirm the return address to send the merchandise to
Package the merchandise to prevent damage, enclosing a covering letter indicating your order no.
Send to the return address below (if no alternate address has been suggested by an email from Luna Design)

Please be sure to include your name, address and order number, and instructions whether to exchange the item or refund the merchandise purchase price. We do not refund any taxes you were charged. We do not refund or credit handling and shipping charges. Normal time for processing returns is 10-14 days.
