Placing your order
After placing your order, you will be sent an automatic reply ,to let you know we have received your order.If you cannot see the email please check your junk email folder as our emails are sometimes sent there, depending on your security settings.
To let you know that we have received the payment for your order and that your order has been confirmed, we will send you an 'Order Confirmation' email. This can take a couple of working days.

Shipping

We Usualy ship your order within 2-3 working days
We use Registred post or EMS courier service for your delivery .
Delivery time depends on where in the world you are, could be anything from 5-30 working days.
Shipping is charged depending on weight and destination

Lost Parcels
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your parcel within 31 days, please first contact your local Post Office  and give them the tracking number from your 'order send'.
Often your parcel is being held at a local post office for collection.
If you are unsuccessful, please contact us so that we can try and locate your parcel

Colors
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Customs Charges
Please note that in some countries custom charges may apply. These charges are determined and collected by customs authorities in the country of delivery and are outside the control of Luna Design please contact your Customs offices for more details.
